Agreement to Terms

By contacting Anomaly Advisors, using our customer portal, or participating in our home energy assessment services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Anomaly Advisors provides home energy efficiency assessment and consulting services in Michigan, including screening for eligibility in state and utility energy efficiency programs, coordination of home energy assessments, and assistance with rebate and incentive programs.

We do not guarantee eligibility for any specific program or rebate amount. Final eligibility determinations are made by program administrators, not Anomaly Advisors.

Customer Portal

Access to your customer portal is provided via a one-time magic link sent to your email address or phone number. You are responsible for keeping your portal access secure. Do not share your access link with others.

Portal links expire after 24 hours. You may request a new link at any time at portal.anomalyadvisors.com/portal.

SMS Communications

By verbally confirming during a phone call that you wish to receive a text message, you consent to receive one SMS message from Anomaly Advisors containing a link to your customer project portal.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is very low — typically one message per project. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at cs@anomalyadvisors.com.

Document Uploads

Documents you upload to your project portal (utility bills, approval emails, photos) are used solely for the purpose of processing your home energy assessment and program application. By uploading documents you confirm you have the right to share them with us for this purpose.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during screening calls and in your customer portal. Providing false information may result in disqualification from programs and cancellation of services.

Limitation of Liability

Anomaly Advisors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or customer portal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
