SMS Text Messaging

We may send you SMS text messages containing a link to access your customer project portal, appointment reminders, and project status updates. You consent to receive SMS messages in one of the following ways:

• By submitting the screening form at portal.anomalyadvisors.com/screening and providing your mobile number
• By verbally confirming during a phone call with our team or AI screening agent that you wish to receive a text message

You will not receive SMS messages without first providing consent through one of the methods above.

Message frequency varies by project — typically 2–5 messages per project for portal access, appointment reminders, and status updates. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver project-related communications from Anomaly Advisors.

Your information is stored securely in our project management system hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Documents you upload are stored in Google Drive. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
